Our Kitchen Garden
Our aim has always been to try and supplement the produce we buy in, with ingredients we have grown ourselves. There is no greater feeling in the world of gardening when you have planted something from a seed, watched it grow, harvested it, and then eaten it.
Over the last couple of years we have slowly been trying to increase the amount we grow here at The Auberge to levels that are making a difference to our menu, and how it takes shape over the seasons. Within all of this, we are really trying to develop our connection with our food, where it comes from, how it is grown, and, most importantly, what it tastes like.
